Professional hair salon, situated in York, offering an extensive range of hair and beauty treatments. We cater for not just your hair but also we offer a wide range of beauty and massage treatments. A few of these treatments are as follows, Henna brow, LVL lashes, sports and hollistic massage, callus peel removal and all forms of waxing including intimate waxing for more information contact us directly.

Within the hair salon our passion is all aspects of colour and styling and we really love that our salon caters for all ages, we pride ourself on the relaxing, proffesional feel within the salon.

We cater for weddings, and occasional hair and can also add a make up to your package which can be cater to suit individual clients needs. We now have an area dedicated to doing make up and we have a beautiful flower wall to create a lovely backdrop to that area.

In October 2015 we had a big change round with the salon and have moved to a much bigger premises to house all our fantastic team. We are now situated on York Road in Acomb. We love our location and cant wait to see both existing and new clients and to create. We offer packages including both hair and beauty and can cater to suit....be it weddings, Xmas nights, party nights or the races. We cant wait to see what the next year holds.

Liberty offers the perfect blend of technical ability, mixed with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We are based over three floors and cater for women, men and children. We are situated on York Road - not too far from the city centre. With ample places to park and our location is on a major bus route, you would be mad not to book with us today.

I, Debbie Nichol, have worked at the salon since February 2000 before taking over the reins on Christmas Eve 2008. In February of the following year, I changed the salon's name to 'Liberty', giving myself and the clients a new mantra to work by "a freedom to express". 

Since that day I have worked to make the salon all it can be and, in doing so, have undergone a series of salon makeovers. All refurbishments have been personally carried out by myself and now with the help from my team, and as a team, Liberty is growing each year. 

Our fantastic salon enables us to not only keep the things we are known for but to add a few new extras. We are now becoming a one stop for all your glamour needs.. We cater packages to suit which can include hair, hair extentions, nails including acrylics, callus peel removal, henna brows, massage including sports, waxing including intimate, facials and make up. 

I am pleased to say we are trying to give our clients all they wish for. Our clients mean the world to us as we know without them we would not be where we are today so we would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to clients past and present for gracing the doors of Liberty.
